Stolspeed VGs on Foxcon Terrier 200 

I have just finished test flying after putting on the VGs at 7% of cord as recommended. They have made a very noticeable difference to the low-speed performance of this aircraft.

It certainly gets of the ground quicker and has increased the rate of climb by 200 ft/min. Stall characteristics have not changed and they were very good anyway. Stall has reduced by 5 knots with no flaps and 9 knots with 2 notches of flaps. Top speed and cruise appear to be unaffected. Speed was measured on a 296 gps , and tests were repeated four times in still air.
 
They give a very good bang for the buck. I have yet to test with full flaps
